The whistleblower observes misconduct or a failing
Internal or external stakeholders observe a violation of legal requirements.
Reporting of the misconduct/failing via the digital whistleblower system of SchwörerHaus KG
The misconduct or failing can be reported using the complaint form on the website of SchwörerHaus KG (schwoererhaus.de/hinweisgebersystem). The paramount principle of the reporting system used here is protection of the whistleblower. It is possible to submit the report with no personal information, in order to protect your anonymity.
The whistleblower describes the incident to the extent of the discretion of the same
On the following page, you will be asked about the key point of your message. In addition, you will formulate your report in your own words and you will be asked to answer questions about the case. You will be aided here by a simple choice of answers. There are 5,000 characters available for free text. In support of your message, you may also attach a file of up to 5 MB. Do remember that documents may contain information about the author. Please note that we can ask no (potentially necessary) questions in the case of an anonymous message.
Whistleblowers will receive confirmation of their messages
After sending your message, you will receive confirmation that you have sent this message and information about the further procedure.
Initial examination of the message by the Supply Chain Officer
On receipt of the message, the system will automatically ensure that the Supply Chain Officer of SchwörerHaus KG is informed. He is responsible for case handling within the company group.
Internal investigation
Your message will be forwarded completely anonymously to the relevant contact in the company, who will examine the message and submit a recommendation.
Decision on further procedure
Together with the Supply Chain Officer and after consultation with the relevant contact, the management will then decide on the further procedure.
Reporting on the result
If the whistleblowers have left their contact details, they will be informed of the result of the process. If whistleblowers have submitted messages anonymously, they will receive an update on the message via the annual sustainability report.
