The Schwörer-Haus offers space for individual services.
Several extension levels are available to you – extension house, technology-finished, almost-finished or ready to move in (turnkey).
It’s worth it to tackle it yourself – we offer you the opportunity to reduce construction costs by own contribution. Of course, you can also define your own personal scope of in-house effort. Ask your Schwörer sales advisor.

You can obtain high-quality extension materials from our fixtures and fittings centres from our Schwörer Material Service. These are then delivered to the construction site as a material package – in the right quantity, on time and intact.
SchwörerHaus is one of the few house manufacturers that offers personal advice and detailed planning in its own kitchen studio.
We arrange the installation of your kitchen as part of the turnkey extension, so that there is no additional coordination effort for you.
