We believe the future belongs to energy-plus houses, which generate more energy than they consume over the year. Thanks to the photovoltaic system on the roof, the residents become their own electric power supplier and independent of rising fuel prices. Linked to a smart storage system and electromobility, a sustainable overall concept is created which is as kind to the environment as it is to the bank balance.
The exceptionally low energy demand of the house is met by the innovative Schwörer fresh air heating. The duct work for controlled ventilation and extraction with heat recovery is used in a synergy effect and extended with a downstream, compact heat pump (air/air) and direct heating (PTC) elements for fresh air heating. A drinking water heat pump provides hot water. The Schwörer fresh air heating is extended with an upstream brine-ground collector. A photovoltaic system generates ecologically clean solar electricity. Ideally, the electricity produced during the day should be stored in a power store and available in the evening at the time of high consumption. This represents an enormous increase in the proportion of self-generated energy consumption. The energy surplus of solar electricity produced by the photovoltaic system can be used including for charging electric vehicles.
For anyone who wants to generate even more energy and be even kinder to the environment, the Schwörer Trainer offers an innovative option. The electrical energy generated by pedalling on the home Trainer is not wasted but rather converted into thermal energy and used to heat the service water in the home. At the same time, the increased thermal radiation from the body during exercise is recovered by the controlled ventilation system with heat recovery. Fitness training within your own four walls can therefore be combined with a doubled energy gain.
The energy surplus of solar electricity produced by the photovoltaic system of a Schwörer energy-plus house can be used cleverly and efficiently for operating an electric scooter or electric car. In this case, the environmental impact reduction is doubled: through environmentally friendly electricity production and pollution-free transport.
Energy-plus houses are designed in accordance with the specifications in the “definition and calculation methods for energy-plus level residential buildings” from the German Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Affairs.
With our ecological houses, not only do we rely consistently on the renewable material timber; we also offer the opportunity to use renewable energies. As well as energy-saving heat pump technology and controlled ventilation with heat recovery, the use of free solar energy and innovative storage technology is becoming particularly important.
