Schwörer houses are produced in the factory protected from wind and weather, with constant quality surveillance and using the latest production facilities “made in Germany”. The natural raw material timber comes from sustainable forestry. In our own sawmill, it is processed and refined into high-quality building and construction materials with no chemical timber preservatives. Your house is planned in accordance with your personal vision and wishes, engineered precisely with CAD in our own engineering department, prefabricated in the factory and erected by qualified specialists, ready for use on your site within a few weeks.
Energy-saving concept
Highly thermally insulated building envelope, modern ventilation system, efficient heating systems, in combination with renewable energies and an innovative energy storage system – Schwörer energy saving concept.
Thermal protection
The building envelope from SchwörerHaus is airtight throughout and already has an excellent thermal insulation value as standard. The core of the Schwörer wall is the timber framework.
Living area ventilation
Heat losses are significantly reduced, as the used, energy-rich air is recycled. The Schwörer ventilation system has been used in all Schwörer houses since 1983.
Home technology
We produce high-quality houses and offer corresponding service appropriate to these. To be able to guarantee this, we work together with top suppliers in the construction industry.
Efficiency house
All Schwörer houses meet the requirements of a KfW efficiency house 55. We are also happy to plan a KfW efficiency house 40 or 40 Plus.
Energy-plus house
Over the year, the energy-plus house produces more energy than it uses. Surplus energy can be used e.g. for electromobility.
Renewable energies
Renewable energies as an addition to the energy supply: gain additional energy from a photovoltaic system, solar system, brine-geothermal heat exchanger or rainwater cistern.
Energy storage system
Make yourself independent of rising electricity prices and take your energy supply into your own hands. With an energy storage system, you can use your self-generated electricity.
Basement
We supply your house and basement from a single source, produced in our own certified Schwörer factories. Choose from various basement options and fit-out levels.
Garage & car port
If required, we offer a car port or garage appropriate to your house, integrated into the overall plan from the outset.
We can close our eyes, but not our ears! Your own home should be a place of calm and relaxation, yet children should be able to play and develop. With individually customised soundproofing measures – e.g. soundproof internal walls or internal doors – SchwörerHaus therefore offers specific solutions for different requirements.
