CREFO certificate
SchwörerHaus exhibits an excellent creditworthiness structure after re-examination and the balance sheet creditworthiness was also rated as good.
RAL quality mark
The RAL quality mark for timber house construction (RAL-GZ 422) has been setting an uniform quality standard since 1972 – in both manual and industrial timber house construction.
CE Mark
The CE mark confirms that its plants are constantly monitored by external people. All construction elements that form part of the basic construction receive a CE label.
Minergie-P
Minergie-P describes the ‚Passive House‘ standard in Switzerland. The Schwörer show house in Suhr, in the north of Switzerland, is a certified Minergie-P house.

45 years of the German Quality Association
SchwörerHaus receives a certificate to commemorate its 45-year membership of the German Quality Association for Assembly Construction and Prefabricated Houses (Bundes-Gütegemeinschaft Montagebau und Fertighäuser e. V.).
European Technical Approval
The building materials used and the factory-made prefabricated components comply with the requirements according to ETAG 007.
Our membership of the German quality association for prefabricated houses guarantees you reliable, high quality standards. Every year, a quality inspection by the German quality association for prefabricated houses (QDF – Qualitätsgemeinschaft Deutscher Fertigbau) takes place to inspect the manufacture of components in the factory as well as installation of the prefabricated houses on the construction site.
Information on arbitration options for consumers
For our customers who are consumers, we offer the opportunity to call the Ombudsman services provided by QDF, the Quality Association of German Prefabricated Construction free of charge if possible disputes should arise from the contractual relationship.
SchwörerHaus accepts possible decisions made by this Ombudsman services as binding.
We are not bound by this decision of the Ombudsman services unless the client initiates legal proceedings in spite of this decision. Possible costs of experts which arise for the neutral assessment of reported defects shall be borne by us in accordance with the criteria and the findings of the expert.
More details on this procedure can be found in Article 2.2 of the QDF Statute. As this deals with a consumer protection regulation specific to prefabricated houses, we will not take part in any further dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Climate protection timber industry
In 2021, SchwörerHaus was the first company to join the initiative of the Main Association of the German Timber Industry “Klimaschutz Holzindustrie” (climate protection timber industry) and thereby commits to sustainable and climate-friendly development.
Climate-neutral company
Due to the commitment within the initiative “Klimaschutz Holzindustrie” (climate protection timber industry) to continuously reduce CO2 emissions, SchwörerHaus KG has been a climate-neutral company since 2021.
Climate Alliance Baden-Württemberg
At the end of 2020, SchwörerHaus was admitted to the Climate Alliance BW. Due to the accession, the ambitious climate targets are further reinforced and we publicly commit to the intention to reduce emissions at all times.

SchwörerHaus convinced the Baden-Württemberg Sustainability Initiative with its outstanding sustainability concept and is thus one of the “most sustainable companies in Baden-Württemberg.”

The customer house Suhrenbrock received a grade of 1.4 in the sustainability assessment of small residential buildings “new building single-family houses to three-family houses.”
