Plain, smart, attractive – the SCHÖNER WOHNEN house MONO. Schwörer has come up with a concept for a new, multifunctional and favourably priced classical detached house in cooperation with Europe’s biggest living and lifestyle magazine SCHÖNER WOHNEN – a compact house capable of adjusting to the passing phases of life. SCHÖNER WOHNEN house MONO.
The characteristic design element of the SCHÖNER WOHNEN house MONO is the compact building structure with reduced facade. The windows have been ideally placed to shed light into the inner rooms. This means that a surprising amount of brightness is achieved inside the home using only a small number of glazed surfaces. The impressive feeling of roominess is created by the generous height of the ground floor and gable-high living area on the first floor.
