Conversion of a Schwörer house, year of construction 1995, bathroom modernisation
The bathroom fittings in the Lamparters’ house was no longer in line with modern requirements. The shower was small and had a high tray. The tiles were old, and the bath limited the available space.
The Schwörer modernisation service was commissioned for the complete modernisation.
Complete bathroom modernisation – Before/after
The floor and wall coverings are now in a modern white/grey contrast, and the washbasin and tap fittings are in high quality. Bespoke, built-in cabinets from the Schwörer designer joinery are a highlight: a mirror cabinet recessed in the wall niche, a bathroom cabinet with surface-mounted washbasin, and a wall cabinet.
Convenient shower element before/after
The Lamparter family replaced their bath and mini shower with a generous wellness temple, with steam shower and lighting effects. The size and the floor-level design are not only convenient but also age-appropriate.
The Lamparter family is impressed by the flexibility of the Schwörer modernisation service. Here, the wishes of the building owners are accommodated and individual solutions sought. Even the selection in the Schwörer sampling centre is exceptionally varied and high-quality. Everything we wanted was fulfilled. The sound and lighting effects and the steam shower are highlights, which were implemented in cooperation with a partner company.
In particular, we are pleased that we received KfW funding from the “age-appropriate construction” pot for the age-appropriate bathroom modernisation.
