Schwörer houses are fabricated, away from the wind and rain, at the company’s site in Hohenstein-Oberstetten, and undergo continuous quality control. SchwörerHaus turns timber raw material itself into top-quality building and construction materials. It all begins at the company’s own sawmill in which (PEFC certified) tree trunks from local forests are cut to meet the demand. It continues in the production of the prefabricated houses where all parts are produced with millimetre precision, and ends with the loading of the individual house elements on the truck for later assembly on site. House assembly, including turnkey fitting out, is in the hands of Schwörer – right up until the owner takes over the keys.
Our range of products extends from energy-saving , wooden prefabricated houses, ready-made concrete cellars, ventilation systems and innovative house technology through-to turnkey multifamily dwellings.
Important for the customer: From the cellar to the roof, Schwörer houses are produced in accordance to EMAS guidelines. The production plant is certified to DIN EN 14000.
Your health is important for us. This is why we at SchwörerHaus take account of health aspects when we check materials for damaging substances. Our membership of the Qualitätsgemeinschaft Deutscher Fertigbau (the German quality association for prefabricated houses) guarantees reliable, top-quality standards. We place great emphasis on energy-efficient production based on short distances and substantial production work on site in connection with an internal environmental management system. Furthermore, we use natural resources for energy production. Wood residues from our sawmill and wood mill and from the production of our prefabricated houses are used as fuel in our biomass heating plant. And another power plant: our 2,800 square metre PV plant which generates 420,000 kWh.
Wood – a natural, renewable raw material – is at the heart of our Schwörer houses. PEFC certified wood is harvested from local forests all within a radius of 60 km. This not only helps protect the environment, we see it as part of our responsibility for your health.
